At HAIR LAB | The Science of Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. SALON POLICY

As we are a small salon, we ask you to come by yourself or expect your company to wait out in the lobby patiently during your services.  We currently only take existing male clients or by referral only.

We have a no call -no show policy. If for any reason you are not able to make your appointment we require a notice of at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment. If the notice is not met, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. We understand life happens, so please feel free to reach out as soon as possible. Guest who no call/no show 2 times in a row will no longer be allowed to book online and will have to put down a 50% non refundable deposit to book an appointment.

Please fill out any forms prior to your appointment in order to give you the best consultation and service within our allotted appointment time.

SHARING OF INFORMATION: We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS-related information with third parties except in the following cases: When required by law or legal process, with service providers who assist us in delivering SMS services, provided they adhere to confidentiality agreements. In case of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition, where your information may be transferred as part of the assets. OPTING OUT: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us an any time by replying "STOP" to any messages you receive. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you re-enroll. DATA SECURITY: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over mobile networks can be guaranteed as 100% secure. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY: Our SMS services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it. UPDATES TO POLICY:  We may update this SMS Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
